Exhibitors may set up their booths and displays during this window. All attendees and exhibitors must collect their conference badges during this time.
• No booth setup will be permitted on Friday, October 24
• All exhibitor booths must be fully set up by 6:00 PM on October 23
• Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive early on Friday for final adjustments and preparation
🔹 Friday, October 24, 2025 – Conference Day 1
The Exhibit Hall opens to all attendees. Visit exhibitors, network, and explore the latest innovations in integrative medicine.
CME-eligible training sessions covering Vitamin C and ozone synergy, oncology protocols, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine (PRP, stem cells, exosomes), neuroregeneration, detoxification, and chelation.
Connect with speakers, exhibitors, and colleagues during scheduled breaks and meals hosted in the exhibit space.
🔹 Saturday, October 25, 2025 – Conference Day 2
Featured presentations from Dr. Frank Shallenberger and Dr. Robert Rowen unveiling new protocols combining ozone and ascorbate for oncology and regenerative medicine.
Final opportunities to connect with exhibitors, ask questions, and explore products and services.
The conference officially ends. CME certificates available for participants.
Booths and displays may be dismantled only after the final session concludes at 5:30 PM.
Early breakdown is not permitted to avoid disruption of the event. All exhibitors must wait until after 5:30 PM to begin dismantling their booths.
