Terms and Conditions for Certification Program Participation

Program Structure

The Certification Program consists of 16 hours of live instruction, delivered via a group
webinar format across multiple sessions.
● Each session must be completed independently and in full to qualify for the next
session.
● Participants must register via the designated Zoom link for each session by 5:45 PM
EST on the day of the lecture.

Mandatory Attendance

Live Participation via Video is Required
● This is a live, interactive certification course; participation via Zoom video is required to ensure engagement and full participation.
● Attendance will be monitored, and participants are expected to remain visible
throughout the session.

Attendance Policy

Consistent video presence is required for the duration of each session.
● Frequent or extended absence from the screen may result in disqualification.
● If technical difficulties arise, participants should notify the program coordinator
immediately to discuss possible solutions.

Recording Prohibition

Any form of recording, including audio or video, is strictly prohibited under all
circumstances.

Dedicated Engagement

● Attendees are expected to maintain professionalism, attentiveness, and active
participation throughout the course.

Non-Transferable Access

● Registration is strictly individual.
Link sharing is prohibited, and access is granted only to the registered participant.

Certification Requirements

To qualify for a Certificate of Completion, participants must:
Complete the full 16-hour program across all required sessions.
Pass the final examination with a minimum score of 80%.Fellowship Requirements

To qualify for Fellowship Recognition, participants must:
Complete the Certification Program and pass the final examination.
Submit a minimum of three (3) case studies from their clinical practice.
● Upon successful completion, Fellows will be listed in the Certified Provider Directory.
