Presentation Abstract
Dr. Fleming’s presentation at the 2023 VCICI conference will explain the nine (9) pathways activated by the virus (SARS-CoV-2), the disease (COVID) & the Genetic Vaccines, that result in several ITR diseases including, but not limited to, heart disease, prion diseases and cancer.
Dr. Fleming will present a two-part presentation for healthcare providers, and a one-part presentation for the general public.

Speaker Bio
Richard M Fleming, PhD, MD, JD, father of three, is a physicist, nuclear cardiologist [internist, cardiologist, nuclear cardiologist & PET certified], attorney; trained at the State Universities of Iowa & Concord at Purdue. His 55-year history of research, 37-years as a physician & 9-years as an attorney has resulted in his conducting research in high-energy physics, as well as patent law, appellate law and his work, including but not limited to, the fields of “heart failure”, hyperlipidemia, systemic hypertension, primary pulmonary hypertension, acute coronary interventions, InflammoThrombotic Response [ITR] Diseases & the patenting of FMTVDM [aka FlemingMethod]. This work laid the foundation for his research into and investigation of SARS-CoV-2 and the ITR Disease known as Covid-19, in addition to the Genetic mRNA and DNA Vaccines. His work has led to publishing treatments for the virus, COVID and vaccine injuries; in addition to presentations at medical conferences with the work quoted by others in their publications of COVID research.
Investigation into the origins of SARS-CoV-2 resulting in the uncovering of Gain-of-Function [GoF] research that has occurred over two decades; research funded by several US Federal Agencies, including the DoD and NIAID. Dr. Fleming was involved in a series of presentations during 2022 with the CrimesAgainstHumanityTour. He is currently actively involved in pursuing Criminal Indictments of those involved [10Letters.org] and bringing awareness of the efforts to combine CRISPR and GoF technologies for the expressed purpose of altering human DNA.
