To be considered as a potential presenter at a VCICI conference, please fill out the form as thoroughly as possible and email your CV to support@VCICI.org
  • If you are accepted, you will be notified and any additional information that is needed along with a presenter’s agreement, the signing of which is required for all presenters at VCICI conferences.
  • If you are not scheduled for the current upcoming conference, your information will go on file for consideration as a presenter at a future conference.
  • All submissions are reviewed by the Program Committee.
  • Please be advised that if you are accepted, VCICI needs your lecture notes 60 days in advance of the scheduled conference.
